Our founder, Tegan Ireland, has worked across agencies, in-house marketing teams and freelance consultancy, gaining experience in SEO from just about every angle.
From regulated industries and complex YMYL websites to ecommerce, lead generation, SMEs and service-led businesses, there’s been no shortage of different challenges, industries or ways of working.
That experience goes well beyond keywords and rankings. It includes developing strategies, solving technical problems, managing projects, working with stakeholders and, importantly, building relationships with the people behind the websites.
Having worked on both sides of the agency-client relationship, Tegan understands the pressures that come with delivering great work. The deadlines, changing priorities, difficult conversations and the importance of having someone you can trust to get on with the job.
We’re not interested in putting layers of account management between clients and the experience they’re paying for. We believe in being approachable, getting involved and bringing practical knowledge directly into the teams and businesses we support.
